Job Description

🛠 Key Responsibilities: Schedule appointments (date & time) for customer vehicle services. Handle bookings and coordination for: Road Side Assistance (RSA) Doorstep Pickup Free Service Paid Service Accident Vehicle Service Conduct follow-up calls: Next-day feedback calls Day Minus 1 calls Day Minus 15 calls (informing customers about upcoming service due dates) Collect Customer Satisfaction Note (CSN) from complaint customers once the issue is resolved. Handle and provide solutions for Head Office Complaints (HOC) and non-HOC complaints received during 5th-day feedback calls. Maintain IM Score above 80% through next-day and 5th-day feedback calls. Ensure high standards of customer handling and service quality. 🎯 Requirements: Good communication and customer relationship skills. Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively. Basic knowledge of service procedures (automotive/2-wheeler industry preferred). Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset. 🙌 Customer satisfaction and timely communication are the key priorities.
