Your typical day will involve coordinating various projects through effective contract management and shared service coordination. You will also focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors, ensuring high levels of commitment and enabling the strategic agenda of the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering collaboration across teams to achieve shared goals. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).- Strong understanding of cloud integration methodologies and best practices.- Experience with API management and service orchestration.- Familiarity with enterprise application integration concepts.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
