Job Title: Service Information Developer Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering (1-3 years of experience) . Experience : Technical Writing, Servicing, Maintenance, Troubleshooting in the earthmoving or heavy equipment industry . Skills : Strong communication and writing skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and familiarity with 3D modeling tools . Preferred software skills: SGML, Epic Editor, Canvas, CorelDRAW, Pro-E/Creo, Vismockup . Self-driven with good problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. Job Purpose: To develop and electronically author service information for dealers and customers worldwide. The role involves researching product servicing requirements and creating accurate technical documents that improve dealer efficiency and customer support. Job Duties: Utilize the SIS Authoring system to create various service information documents related to the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. Conduct research using engineering data systems, product design/support engineers, and corporate resources to develop high-quality service information. Work on new and noncurrent product designs , ensuring that service documents stay updated throughout the product lifecycle. Collaborate with Project Leaders, Product Design Engineers, and Technical Support Teams to ensure accuracy and clarity in documentation. Focus on safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Additional Notes: Women candidates are a priority for hiring .
