SERVICE EXECUTIVE / SERVICE ENGINEER / SR.SERVICE ENGINEER

In this role, as an Engineer, you will be responsible for attending calls related to installation, warranty, service, or one-time calibration. Your primary tasks will include contacting customers before arrival, collecting necessary information about the instrument, providing feedback to colleagues and managers after attending calls, seeking guidance from senior colleagues or managers when needed, and performing operational verifications while maintaining records. Key Responsibilities: - Contact customers before attending calls to provide information and confirm arrival - Collect information about Call Login ID, Model, Sl.No., PO No., and Inv. No. of the instrument - Provide feedback to colleagues and managers after attending calls - Seek guidance from senior colleagues or managers for instrument rectification - Perform operational verifications and maintain records Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Graduate in Sciences/Engineering Streams OR Diploma/ITI with rich experience - Product knowledge, technical expertise, problem identification/rectification skills, leadership, training skills - 0-5 years of experience in field service (Freshers are also encouraged to apply) In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, if there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for further insights.,
