Service Excellence - Automation & Transformation

Qualcomm India Private Limited is a leading global provider of wireless technology and services, seeking a service excellence analyst with accounting capabilities to join the Finance & Accounting Group > Global Accounting Ops Center. In this role, you will play a vital part in improving business processes and financial performance. Your main responsibilities will include analyzing, designing, and implementing business process improvements, collaborating with finance managers and external consultants, and supporting the transformation of the accounting organization. You will work on process improvement, automation, and driving efficiencies within the controllership function. Key responsibilities also include supporting and delivering processes with a focus on continuous improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to foster a culture of process improvement, providing training on best practices, and acting as a Project Manager for initiatives. Building and maintaining relationships, solving problems, and supporting ad-hoc projects are also part of your role. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, along with 8+ years of experience in process analysis and implementation. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Oracle, SAP, Excel, Power BI, and process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma are required. Preferred qualifications include excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, attention to detail, and project management certification.
