Job Description

Analyse customer complaints and take prompt action to resolve them.
Handle technical support queries and provide accurate information to customers.
Attend service calls regularly and perform preventive maintenance and calibration of dental equipment.
Address customer enquiries in a timely manner and proactively collect feedback.
Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Perform regular servicing of equipment as per registered complaints.
Promote and generate additional spare part orders and service requests for the company.
Troubleshoot and rectify malfunctions in dental equipment.
Coordinate with internal teams and maintain proper communication regarding customer details and updates.
Submit detailed service visit reports after every site visit.
Generate invoices for service charges and ensure payment collection within the stipulated time.
