Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of diagnostic X-Ray machines and C-arm systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service, and offering technical support to clients. Clear communication with clients and team members is essential to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills
Excellent Communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience with diagnostic X-ray or radiology equipment is a plus
Relevant technical certifications or a degree in a related field
