Description
You will be responsible for managing the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PBX systems such as Panasonic, NEC, Matrix, and Grandstream. Your key duties will include installing, configuring, and maintaining PBX systems, troubleshooting issues, performing upgrades and backups, integrating systems with VoIP and SIP trunks, providing technical support, diagnosing networking problems, maintaining documentation, coordinating with vendors and clients, and conducting user training. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or a related field and possess 8-10+ years of hands-on experience with PBX systems. You must have a strong grasp of IP networking, routers, switches, and firewalls, excellent troubleshooting abilities, knowledge of VoIP, SIP protocol, and cloud telephony, as well as good communication skills. Additionally, you should be able to work independently, manage field service visits, and be willing to travel up to 25%.
