Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Exploration/Cable bolting RD Mine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Epiroc Rock Drills AB and be able to provide excellent service to our clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to customers on Epiroc Rock Drills AB products.
Conduct site visits to diagnose and resolve issues with Epiroc Rock Drills AB equipment.
Develop and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs.
Analyze data and feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
Train and guide junior engineers and technicians on Epiroc Rock Drills AB products.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Epiroc Rock Drills AB products and services.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
