Job Description

Hi All,

We Are Hiring!

Industry

Primary Objective:

To ensure high customer satisfaction by providing strong service support for HTL/VTL/VMC/HMC machines.

Job Responsibilities:

Attend breakdown calls (Warranty, AMC, Chargeable) for CNC machines
Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) for CNC machines
Promote AMC services and generate AMC revenue in the region
Support sales team in machine promotion to existing customers
Troubleshoot CNC electrical hardware, systems, and PLCs (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi)
Handle diagnostics for turrets, ATC, and automation systems
Promote spare parts to customers
Coordinate service activities with Regional Office (RO) and Head Office (HO)
Basic CNC programming and automation project exposure
Computer proficiency required

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge in electrical & mechanical aspects of CNC machines
Familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi CNC systems
Market knowledge of CNC products
Understanding of automation and CNC systems
Must have own vehicle with valid license
Willingness to relocate as needed

Diploma: 4 to 7 years
