Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Evaluating and resolving problems of the customer
  • Training the customer on the use of the product
  • Providing customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests;
  • Working alongside with Sales team and development team until completion of Implementation
  • Repairing, Testing and maintaining equipment;
  • Maintaining product manuals;
  • Developing and maintaining relations with customers;
  • Reporting common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference;
  • Providing feedback on product development, features and functions
  • Completing all required training that has been allocated, in a timely manner.

Technical Skill Requirements:

  • Should have a thorough knowledge of all hardware in the Company portfolio.
  • Should have good training in service of all models.
  • Should have good team management skills.
  • Should have good communication skills.
