Service Engineer (Customer Enginner/ Sr. Customer Engineer/ Team Lead- Service and Maintenance)

Your key responsibilities will include: - Executing periodic maintenance of installations in your route as per agreed timelines while adhering to Schindler Safety and Quality standards. - Attending call backs promptly and providing necessary feedback to complete the loop. - Planning jobs and supervising subcontractor workers to ensure timely completion of service. - Proposing sale of spare parts when required and coordinating with the FSB for spare parts and components. - Ensuring high customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
