*Job Description – Service Engineer*
*Location:* Noida / Gurgaon
*Salary Range:* ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(*Higher salary may be offered to exceptional candidates*)
*Industry:* Mechanical Equipment / Concreting Equipment / Industrial Products
*Position Overview*
We are seeking skilled and dedicated **Service Engineers** with hands-on experience in mechanical and concreting equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical aptitude, good communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot, service, and support engineering or industrial equipment efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Install, commission, and service mechanical and concreting equipment at client sites.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or operational issues.
* Conduct routine maintenance and ensure optimal performance of machines.
* Provide on-site technical support, training, and guidance to customers.
* Maintain service logs, job sheets, and documentation accurately.
* Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to support customer requirements.
* Ensure timely resolution of service complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
* Assist in demonstrations or trials of equipment when needed.
* Follow safety standards and company guidelines during service activities.
*Required Qualifications*
* BSc
* ITI (Fitter/Mechanical)
* Diploma (Mechanical)
*Experience*
*1–3 years* of experience in servicing or maintenance of:
* Mechanical equipment
* Concreting equipment
* Engineering equipment or industrial products
*Skills Desired*
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and basic electrical concepts.
* Good communication and customer handling skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage field tasks.
* Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
