Job Responsibility
Key Responsibilities
Conduct troubleshooting and fault diagnosis to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Ensure minimum downtime of equipment by effective service management.•
Maintain proper documentation, service reports, and feedback records.•
Coordinate with the Head Office/Technical team for escalations and complex repairs.•
Travel extensively across the region for customer visits, service calls, and equipment demonstrations.
