Job Description

Maintenance & Repair: Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance (oil changes, filters) and perform mechanical/electrical repairs on compressor units.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions, identify root causes, and test equipment to verify proper operation.
Documentation: Complete service reports, checklists, and time sheets accurately using company software.
Customer Service: Build client rapport, communicate effectively, and represent the company professionally.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols (PPE, Lockout/Tagout) and industry standards (OSHA, ANSI).
** Installation:** Assist with new system installations and upgrades.
