Core Responsibilities Process incoming calls Coordinate scheduling: Assign and adjust technician or route schedules to ensure timely coverage. Monitor work orders: Track incoming service requests, prioritize tasks, and update status in real time. Communication management: Serve as the central point of contact between technicians, clients. Troubleshooting support: Identify potential issues in the field and provide resolution guidance. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and service outcomes. Follow-up coordination: Ensure post-service calls and checks are completed within required timeframes.Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously. Clear communication: Professional phone and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders. Problem-solving ability: Quick thinking to resolve scheduling conflicts or service delays. Technical familiarity: Basic understanding of CRM software, GPS tracking tools, and dispatch software. Attention to detail Team collaboration: Work closely with fellow dispatchers and technicians to ensure smooth operations.Preferred Experience Call center or dispatch background: Prior experience in scheduling or customer service environments. Industry knowledge: Understanding of COAM or lottery operations is a plus.Performance Expectations Timely response: Calls and work orders handled within established service-level agreements. Accuracy: Minimal errors in scheduling, documentation, and communication. Reliability: Consistent attendance and ability to cover shifts as needed.
