Service Desk - Technical Support

NTT DATA is looking for a Service Desk - Technical Support to join the team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The Service Desk Senior Associate will be responsible for advising and assisting users over the phone, chat, or email in solving hardware, software, network, and peripheral-related issues. They will use available technology and internal processes to screen, diagnose, research, and resolve user problems. Additionally, the role involves documenting service requests and dispatching orders to support groups for problem resolution, as well as advising users on IT policies, capabilities, and limitations to ensure maximum uptime. Key Responsibilities: - Managing customer interactions and recording reported issues in the ITSM system - Identifying issues, applying fixes, and investigating root causes based on internal instructions - Providing technical guidance in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving problems through telephone, email, and chat support - Screening, referring, and diagnosing internal inquiries and work requests related to PC maintenance - Acting as a liaison between customers and departments within the organization to ensure timely resolution of all online system problems Key Skills Required: - Ideally, university education with a technical degree or Microsoft certifications - Awareness of Microsoft Operating Systems, local and hybrid administration, and Microsoft Office applications - Willingness to work from the office five days a week - Ability to analyze and solve problems by investigating potential solutions using troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Fluency in the English language - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including 24/7 coverage About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services with a commitment to helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
