Service Desk - Technical Support

NTT DATA is looking for a Service Desk - Technical Support to join the team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Service Desk Senior Associate, you will be responsible for advising and assisting users over the phone, chat, and email to solve problems related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals. Your role will involve screening, diagnosing, researching, and resolving user issues, as well as documenting service requests and dispatching orders to support groups for problem resolution. You will also advise users on IT policies, capabilities, and limitations to ensure maximum uptime for all users. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer interactions and record reported issues in the ITSM - Identify issues, apply fixes, and investigate root causes using internal instructions - Provide technical guidance in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving problems via telephone, email, and chat - Screen, refer, and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests related to PC maintenance - Act as a liaison between customers and departments within the organization to ensure timely resolution of online system problems Key Skills: - Ideally University education, preferably technical degree, or Microsoft certifications - Awareness of Microsoft Operating Systems local and Hybrid administration, as well as Microsoft Office family applications - Willingness to work from the office 5 days a week - Ability to analyze and solve problems using troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Fluency in the English language - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (24/7) About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
