Service Delivery Team Leader

As a detail-oriented individual with the ability to solve problems and increase efficiencies, your role in the Investment Bank Operations team in Hyderabad will be crucial in supporting highly structured or non-standard transactions. You will utilize your product and front-to-back process knowledge to understand risks, apply risk metrics, support new business areas, and identify limitations. Additionally, you will interface with internal and external clients to provide operational and administrative support, propose solutions for control gaps, and increase efficiencies through technology. In this position, you will work with stakeholders on new initiatives that may impact the function, understand requirements, ensure process risks are managed, and align with global objectives. Collaboration with senior leaders to align India functions with global functions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your expertise should include solid interpersonal and client-relationship skills, good presentation skills, at least 10 years of OTC operations experience or related function, excellent Excel skills, and preferably some VBA/Alteryx skills for building tactical reconciliations. A good understanding of risk/control environments, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong product knowledge, and a risk and control mindset are essential for success in this role. You should be self-motivated, able to influence others, a fast learner with a keen ability to pick up system and process knowledge quickly, and passionate about driving change while consistently delivering results. Your role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders on changes impacting the function and resolving language breaks on Confirmations with continuous interaction with Legal, Trading, and Sales teams.
