Service Delivery Operations Associate Manager

As a Service Delivery Operations Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. You will utilize your End to End Recruitment experience in both Domestic and International markets to design, develop, and implement an HR Delivery Strategy that supports the end-to-end employee experience across the lifecycle. In this role, you will need to have expertise in Workforce Management (WFM), Business Operation Management (Internal and External), Service Operations Management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to enhance commercials and profits in Service Operations Delivery through methods like Productivity Gains, Capacity Optimization, and Service Level Agreements Pricing & Commercial Strategy Deployment. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and solving moderately complex problems, creating new solutions, understanding the strategic direction set by senior management, and interacting with peers, management levels, and clients. You will be expected to require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures for new assignments. Your decisions will impact the team and occasionally other teams, and you may manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture. Please note that this role may involve working in rotational shifts. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 10 to 14 years of experience, hold a graduation degree, and possess expert proficiency in English (International).
