Service Delivery Operations Analyst

As a Service Delivery Operations Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in supporting the iTPM team to achieve their objectives. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating customer eligibility, processing new add-on offers, assigning new customers to the iTPM team based on eligibility requirements, managing offer lists, resolving Offer Triage lists, and responding to inbound offer emails. You will be part of a team that assesses, designs, builds, and implements best practices in processes, organization, and technology to facilitate collaborative sales and support roles. Additionally, you will provide support for lead and opportunity generation by conducting calls, sending emails, connecting via social media to generate leads, scheduling first meetings for sales/pre-sales, conducting customer surveys, identifying participants for events, and raising awareness of products or offerings on behalf of sales/marketing teams. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or lead generation, with proficiency in English and other languages depending on the role/location. A minimum level of C1 proficiency is required, along with previous inside sales experience focusing on both outbound and inbound calling.
