Service Coordinator(BSc/MSc Biotechnology)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule service activities for clients and internal teams.
• Act as a point of contact between customers and service engineers.
• Maintain service records, documentation, and reports.
• Support service team in handling installation, maintenance, and after-sales support.
• Follow up with clients regarding service requests, feedback, and closures.
• Ensure timely communication and escalation of issues to concerned departments.
• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and service-related documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, and logistics) for smooth service execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Biotechnology
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking ability.
