Job Description:

Apple Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a female Service Coordinator with excellent English communication skills to manage customer service operations. The candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in customer handling and be capable of coordinating service requests, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with the service team for timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain records of service requests and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
• Support in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, Invoices and maintain the data in CRM

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service/coordination.
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
