Job Description

Role Overview: As a SF - Service Cloud Cloud Lead Developer/Administrator at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for working with Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud. Your main focus will be on developing strong coding skills, including Apex, Aura Components, and Salesforce integrations. You will need to have at least 12 years of experience in software development with a strong emphasis on CRM or Service Cloud implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, delivering at least 3 Salesforce implementation projects - Deep knowledge of Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, Triggers, and integration tools - Expertise in Lightning Experience, Experience Cloud/Communities, APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services - Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and legacy systems - Proficiency in SOAP and REST API development and consumption - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies - Required Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud - Working hours: 4:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST Qualifications Required: - 12 years of software development experience with a focus on CRM or Service Cloud implementations - 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience - Strong coding skills in Apex, Aura Components, and Salesforce integrations - Knowledge of Salesforce technologies including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and integration tools - Expertise in Lightning Experience, Experience Cloud/Communities, APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services - Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and legacy systems - Proficiency in SOAP and REST API development and consumption - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies - Required Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud (Note: No additional details about the company were mentioned in the provided job description),
