Service Attendant

As a Service Attendant at the Petrol Pump located in Sector 46D, Chandigarh, your primary responsibility will be refueling vehicles according to customer requests. You will also be expected to ensure accurate billing, provide receipts, and check engine oil, coolant, and tire pressure when requested. Your role will involve assisting customers in a polite manner, addressing their queries, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at the fuel station. It is crucial to follow safety protocols, report any issues to the supervisor, and monitor fuel levels to inform management of shortages. To excel in this role, it is essential to possess good customer service and communication skills. While prior experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not mandatory. As a Service Attendant, you should be physically fit to work long hours in an outdoor environment and demonstrate qualities such as honesty, responsibility, and punctuality.
