As a Service Advisor at Advaith Hyundai, you will be a part of Karnataka's largest Hyundai dealer with an extensive network of showrooms, service centers, and Hyundai Promise used car showrooms. Your role will involve providing expert advice and guidance to customers regarding their vehicle servicing needs. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to understand their vehicle service requirements - Provide accurate cost estimates for servicing and repairs - Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work - Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their vehicles - Upsell additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - ITI / Diploma / BE in Automobile Engineering or related field - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry - Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing and repair processes - Excellent communication and customer service skills,
