Service Advisor

Industry: Automobile – Two-Wheelers (Bike & Scooty).

Gender: Female.

Location: Cuttack, Odisha

Education: Graduation.

Experience: 0-2 yrs

Salary: Starting from ₹8,000/month (plus incentives)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the service
• Attend to customer queries and provide accurate information about Honda two-wheeler products and services.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure prompt and efficient service for customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and they are satisfied with the service provided.
• Maintain customer records and update them regularly.

Requirements

• Knowledge of two-wheeler products and services will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
