Key Responsibilities

· Handle customer queries and complaints related to EV vehicles through calls and emails.

· Provide technical support and troubleshoot basic issues.

· Coordinate with service centers and internal teams for timely resolution.

· Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Skills Required:

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

· Basic understanding of EV/automobile systems.

· Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
