Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Vadavathoor,Kottayam. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing customer-focused service, handling customer inquiries, and facilitating aftersales services. The role involves clear communication with customers to understand their needs, providing appropriate solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the service process. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Experience in Aftersales service Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Minimum 1 yearPrevious experience in the automotive industry is a plus Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Automotive Technology or related field is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: total work: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
