Key Responsibilities:

Service Coordination:Coordinating with the service team to ensure efficient workflow, scheduling, and timely completion of repairs.
Communication:Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicle, explaining repair procedures, and managing expectations.
Sales and Upselling:Offering additional services, parts, or accessories that may be beneficial to the customer.
