SERVICE ADVISOR- BODY & PAINT

We are currently seeking a Service Advisor in Body & Paint for our facility located in Lokhra. The ideal candidate should be a male with a Diploma/BE or BTech in Mechanical or Automobile and should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Service Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include promptly acknowledging and greeting customers upon their arrival, providing special attention to accidental vehicle owners, ensuring that vehicles are serviced correctly on the first visit, and expediting maintenance and repair processes by accurately identifying customer needs and preparing repair orders efficiently. You will be required to maximize facility and manpower capacity using the service appointment system, prepare all paperwork before the customer's arrival, and maintain constant follow-up with customers to ensure 100% estimation appointments for accidental vehicles. In addition, your role will involve clarifying customer problems during the interactive inspection process, visually checking cars during the reception process, resolving customer complaints promptly, and establishing effective working relationships with dealership personnel and departments. You will collaborate with other managers to optimize service shop utilization, maintain cooperative relationships with fellow service advisors, parts personnel, technicians, and others, and stay updated on the latest technical service bulletins and campaigns. To excel in this role, you must consistently use technical service documents, attend various training programs regularly, and keep the front office informed about regular vehicle status updates.
