Position: Service Advisor
Experience: 2–5 years (Mahindra or similar brand preferred)
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and understand customer complaints & service requirements
Prepare job cards and provide cost & time estimatesCoordinate with workshop technicians for timely job completionEnsure vehicle delivery within promised timelinesMaintain high customer satisfaction (CSI)Promote Mahindra value-added services (AMC, RSA, accessories, etc.)
