Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with good communication skills & able to take up the below responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the service reception.
Understand customer concerns and record service requirements accurately.
Explain job estimates, service packages, and maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with the workshop team for timely delivery of vehicles.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow up post service.
Maintain service records and generate daily reports.

Requirements:

Experience: 0–3 years in automobile service advisory (2-wheeler experience & knowledge preferred).
Education: Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Automobile or related fields.
Good communication skills (local language + basic English/ Konkani/Hindi.
Customer-centric mindset with basic technical knowledge of 2-wheelers.
Fresher with good communication & auto interest may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,154.57 - ₹24,785.17 per month

Work Location: In person
