Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically skilled Service Advisor to join our automobile dealership. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between customers and the workshop, ensuring high-quality service, clear communication, and complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers visiting the service center.
Understand vehicle issues and prepare accurate job cards.
Provide cost estimates and explain repair/service details to customers.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely service completion.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance work are completed as per company standards.
Perform vehicle inspection before delivery and explain the work done.
Handle billing, documentation, and warranty claims accurately.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic technical knowledge of automobiles.
Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System) preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
