Server/Waiter

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
• Present menus, explain dishes, and answer questions about menu items and specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks in a timely, professional manner
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
• Clear tables and reset for the next guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Follow health and safety regulations and restaurant policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good memory and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Communication Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
