Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the team, your role involves overseeing the hygiene and cleanliness of the guest service area and bar. You will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, serving food & beverage orders to tables, managing billing, attending to guest complaints, and maintaining cleanliness in dining and bar stations. Key Responsibilities: - Greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food & beverage orders to tables - Managing the billing for all orders and sending KoTs to the kitchen promptly - Wiping down all tables, service crockery, cutlery, and glassware, and storing them appropriately - Serving food and beverages to guests - Attending to guest complaints and ensuring immediate action for guest satisfaction - Maintaining cleanliness in dining and bar stations, display areas, and overall service section Qualification Required: - At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting Please note that this full-time, permanent position offers benefits such as provided meals, leave encashment, fixed shifts, and a performance bonus.
