Full time after confirmation

POSITION TASKS & PRIORITIES:

· Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments

· Accurately take customer orders and operate cash registers

· Provide excellent customer service in a timely fashion

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and washroom

· Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed

· Prepare Coffee orders including all types of Coffee, Expresso, Cappuccino, and other specialty drinks

· Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality

· Follow all healthy and safety regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Xth Pass or above (Candidate should have basic understanding of English)

● Experience in food and Beverage preparation or customer service preferred

● Training and willingness to continue learning beverage preparation and customer service

● Exceptional Listening and communication skills

● Ability to walk, bend and stand for extended periods

● Availability to work around peak hours, including early mornings, weekends and holidays

● Ready to work in shifts

● A polite and engaging personality

● Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence

● Willingness to work as a part of high energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment

● Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

● Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
