Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Server & Storage Support Engineer located in New Delhi. Day-to-day tasks include managing and supporting server infrastructure, ensuring storage systems operate efficiently, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, performing system upgrades and maintenance, and monitoring system performance to optimize operations. The role also involves collaborating with other IT team members to implement best practices for server and storage management. Qualifications Server management and support skills, including experience with server hardware and software Storage system expertise, including SAN, NAS, and other storage technologies Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with system upgrades, maintenance, and performance monitoring Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking Excellent organizational and teamwork skills Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or equivalent, are a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
