Job Title:

Server Compute Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, configure, and maintain server infrastructure using
Nutanix HCI
,
VMware
, and
Microsoft Hyper-V
Administer and support
virtualization platforms
and ensure high availability and performance
Implement and manage
backup and recovery solutions
using
Veeam
or
Commvault
Collaborate in deploying and configuring
Load Balancers
to support high availability for critical applications
Maintain and troubleshoot
Red Hat Linux servers
and related systems
Support
cloud integration
and hybrid infrastructure setups
Monitor system health and performance, ensuring system availability and reliability
Perform capacity planning, system upgrades, patch management, and security hardening
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business continuity and disaster recovery plans
Provide documentation, technical support, and training as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
4–6 years of experience in server infrastructure engineering
Strong hands-on expertise in
Nutanix
,
VMware vSphere/ESXi
, and
Hyper-V
Good working knowledge of
backup technologies
like Veeam or Commvault
Familiarity with
Load Balancers
(e.g., F5, Citrix ADC, etc.)
Proficiency in
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
administration
Experience with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud) is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication and documentation skills
