Server and Vulnerability Engineer

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and supporting activities in the areas of Patching and remediation management, with the following key responsibilities: - Windows server patching through Bigfix - Due diligence and testing of monthly patches released by Microsoft - Remediation of Windows Patch vulnerabilities & Configuration vulnerabilities - Coordinating with various Technology teams for timely closure of windows, Linux, Database, and Backup related vulnerabilities - Providing server reboot support post patch deployment for Genesys Servers (LAB / DR / Production /Middle East Servers) scheduled monthly on different days - Conducting Lab & Production Servers reboot for all Enterprise servers on weekdays and weekends - Offering pathing and restart support for Recording Servers - Deploying Adhoc / Zero day vulnerability patch / fix on Enterprise servers - Ensuring 24/7 support coverage - Continuously improving the Vulnerability Management program initiatives - Deploying Agents BigFix / Laps / Eracent / AppD / FireEye / S1 on newly created Servers - Validating Agents on Enterprise servers and removing them in case of decommissioned servers - Mitigating MS Patch deployment and vulnerability on newly deployed servers - Timely mitigation of Vulnerabilities found on External facing servers - Conducting S1 compliance validation and mitigation based on the report provided by the IT Security team - Communicating to SOC / Eracent / AppD/ IT security Team for decommissioned servers As for the additional details of the company, there were no specific details provided in the job description.
