Job Profile - SEO Team Lead Qualification - Any Graduate Experience - 3 years+ Salary - 30k to 40k Location - Zirakpur (Work from office) Job Responsibilities: 1: Handle a team of Content Writer. 2: Leading and mentoring a team to drive business goals 3: Developing detailed project plan and monitor progress while delivering projects on time ensuring quality standards. 4: Make decisions about the day-to-day operation of the team members, including management of work assignments by them 5: Primary point of contact for clients on frequent basis. 6: Perform and ensure completion of quality review check on outgoing work by the team to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency 7: Brainstorm new and creative SEO growth strategies Review, analyze and send the Weekly & Monthly to the clients 8: Ensuring the Monthly POA & Commitments are delivered as per expectation 9: Act as subject matter expert for team members, peers and clients 10: Take the primary responsibility for all the Technical Audits & ensuring that the client website is following all the SEO best practices 11: Assign all work assignments, commit the team to the work, manage the quality of the work and drive the people management activities within the team Requirements:- 1.
