Role & responsibilities Location: Chennai Designation : SEO Specialist Key Skills: SEO Technical Skills, Keyword Research & Competition Mapping, Link Building & Outreach, Content Strategy & Optimization, SEO-Focused Technical Architecture Optimization, Analytics & Reporting, Social Media Strategy for Link Acquisition, SEO Tools Qualification : Any Graduation (MBA in Marketing is a Plus) Work Experience : 2+ Years Role Purpose: We are seeking an ambitious SEO marketer with 2+ years of experience who is proficient in creating, managing, and executing SEO strategies to boost website traffic and lead acquisition. Key Responsibilities: • Create and execute strategies to improve SEO rankings and organic search traffic. • Conduct keyword research and competition analysis to boost low-performing keywords. • Implement schemas and social media optimizations to increase search visibility. • Drive link-building efforts through content generation (guest posts, blogger outreach, etc.) • Regularly analyse website traffic and optimize lead acquisition metrics using SEOtools. • Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized website content, blogs &other assets that align with audience intent and ranks high in search engines. • Continuously optimize the website/content across all platforms (web and mobile) to enhance user experience. • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs totrack key SEO metrics and provide regular reports on SEO performance, keywordrankings, and traffic. • Collaborate with product, marketing, and web teams to align SEO with broader business objectives. • Present SEO performance and audit reports to management Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in Organic Search with an analytical sense to drive data- driven projects for SEO growth. • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role in SEO. • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEObest practices. • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. • Strong understanding of schemas, SMO factors, and social media optimization • Experience in link-building strategies (guest blogging, blogger outreach) • Coordination with content, product, tech, and UX teams for SEO-focused initiatives • Excellent reporting and presentation skills for regular SEO performance updates (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
