SEO Specialist

Job Description

Role: SEO Specialist with a strong focus on Off-Page Optimization and Link Building Experience : 5-7 Years hands-on experience in link building or off-page SEO Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research and develop optimization strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and execute ethical (white-hat) link building campaigns. Identify link opportunities through competitor backlink analysis and content gap research Perform outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn to build relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and publishers. Maintain a diverse and balanced backlink profile by tracking domain authority, relevance, and anchor text distribution. Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to ensure link acquisition supports target pages, keywords, and business goals. Monitor new and lost backlinks, analyze impact, and report performance using Google Search Console and backlink monitoring tools. Execute local and geo-targeted link building strategies to strengthen regional SEO visibility Contribute to AEO efforts by promoting FAQ, schema-structured content, and snippet-worthy assets. Required Skills Qualifications: Strong understanding of Google Search ranking signals and link quality metrics Proficiency with SEO tools : Ahrefs, Semrush, BuzzStream, Hunter.io, Google Search Console Excellent communication and email outreach skills Ability to analyze backlink profiles, identify toxic links, and manage disavow files Experience with local SEO and geo-specific link strategies is a plus Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and SERP feature optimization preferred Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage SEO initiatives independently. Exposure to local SEO, schema markup, and SERP feature optimization is a plus.
