Company Overview:

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company, looking to expand our digital presence. We’re seeking a results-driven SEO & SMO Executive to help us boost organic traffic and improve our brand visibility on social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize website pages, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking.
• Perform competitor and backlink analysis.
• Monitor and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
• Assist in creating SEO-friendly content.

SMO Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and post engaging content to increase reach and engagement.
• Monitor trends and create posts around industry-relevant topics.
• Run and analyze basic social media campaigns and audience growth.
• Respond to comments/messages and maintain brand tone.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and/or SMO
• Basic understanding of Google algorithms and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, Meta Business Suite.
• Good written communication and creativity.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with trends.

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Knowledge of paid ads (Google Ads/Facebook Ads).
• Basic graphic design skills (using Canva or similar tools).
