About the Role:
We’re looking for a results-driven SEO + PPC Expert with 5+ years of proven experience in the insurance industry. Your mission: generate high-quality leads for insurance companies and agents through smart SEO strategies and performance-driven ad campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan & execute end-to-end SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page, local SEO).
• Run Google Ads & Social PPC campaigns tailored to insurance lead generation.
• Optimize CPC, CVR & ROAS with continuous testing and iteration.
• Create content & landing page strategies aligned with insurance buyer intent.
• Track, analyze, and present monthly performance reports & roadmaps.
• Collaborate directly with clients, strong communication is a must.

What We Expect:

• 5+ years SEO + PPC experience (insurance domain expertise required).
• Proven track record of delivering lead generation campaigns in insurance.
• Ability to work independently, set goals, and consistently deliver results.
• Strong client communication & presentation skills.

Not a Fit If:

• You have less than 5 years' experience.
• No prior insurance-related campaign success.
• Looking for part-time/freelance with divided focus.

Objective:
Drive qualified leads, improve rankings, reduce ad costs, and position our clients as top insurance providers.
