Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and performance-focused SEO & Paid Ads Executive. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads, running paid ad campaigns, and executing SEO strategies to drive qualified traffic and lead generation. Whether you're an experienced Media Buyer, a sharp Ads Executive, or a detail-oriented Campaign Executive, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
• Monitor paid campaign performance across various platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO audits.
• Execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
• Coordinate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign metrics, prepare reports, and present performance insights.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and algorithm updates.

Requirements:

We’re open to professionals from a variety of roles, as long as you meet the following criteria:

• Experience as an Ads Executive or Paid Ads Specialist, preferably managing Meta Ads.
• Hands-on knowledge of Media Buying, budgeting, and ROI tracking.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or Campaign Manager, even if at a basic level.
• Comfortable being referred to as a Meta Ads Operator (industry slang welcome!).
• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant ad platforms.
• Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console), and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with experience in using Google Analytics, Meta Ads reporting, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
