Role: SEO Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a data-driven SEO Manager to lead our organic growth and brand visibility initiatives. You will own the end-to-end SEO strategy from technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy to analytics, experimentation, and reporting.

You'll work closely with marketing, tech, content, and analytics teams to drive measurable lead generation, traffic growth, and domain authority. Experience in the education or EdTech domain is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical, content, and AEO/entity optimization).
• Conduct technical SEO audits, manage site architecture, crawl/index budgets, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
• Optimize meta tags, headers, internal linking, content structure, and page performance.
• Lead authority-building initiatives, including link-building and digital PR.
• Implement and test Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI-driven search strategies (SGE, GPT, featured snippets).
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to embed SEO in new features and launches.
• Use GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Excel) to track performance and report on traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions.
• Analyze search data, user behavior, and competitive insights to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
• Mentor SEO team members and manage agency/vendor collaborations.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5-6+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
• Hands-on expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and analytics.
• Proficient with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally with marketing, tech, and product teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of AEO, AI-based search, and generative search optimization is a plus.
