Key Responsibilities

Off-Page SEO

Build high-quality backlinks (guest posting, niche edits, profiles, PR links, social bookmarking etc.)
Competitor backlink analysis and strategy planning
Local SEO submission (Google Business Profile, citations)
Handle directory submission, Q&A, forum posting and social sharing
Monitor link quality and disavow toxic links if needed

On-Page SEO

Keyword research and mapping pages according to search intent
Optimize meta tags, headers, alt text, internal linking, and content structure
Audit pages using SEO tools and fix technical/on-page gaps
Support blog optimization and landing page improvements

Analysis & Reporting

Daily tracking of rankings, backlinks, website health
Prepare SEO performance reports for improvements
Research new link-building techniques and Google updates

Preferred Candidate Skills

Understanding of SEO fundamentals and Google algorithms
Knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (any of them)
Strong research and communication skills
Detail-oriented and responsible with deadlines
