Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research using various tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to identify high-value search terms.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for on-page SEO best practices.
• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to fix issues such as crawl errors, broken links, page speed, mobile usability, etc.
• Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies including link-building, guest posting, and outreach.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Track and report on SEO KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rate, and conversion rate.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to support content strategies aligned with SEO goals.
• Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and identify areas of opportunity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Proficient in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, CMS platforms (especially WordPress), and basic website structure.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SEO certification from Google, HubSpot, Moz, or equivalent.
• Experience with international or local SEO.
• Familiarity with content marketing and social media platforms.
