SEO Executive

Job Summary:

The profile will be responsible for implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search

rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions, work incorporating search engine algorithms, on-page

and off-page optimization, and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Page Optimization

• Conduct keyword research to identify the most effective terms for targeting.

• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, and URL structures.

• Perform internal linking to enhance site structure and navigation.

• Ensure proper implementation of schema markup for better SERP visibility.

• Optimize content for readability, relevance, and search intent alignment.

2. Off-Page Optimization

• Develop and implement effective link-building strategies.

• Engage in outreach to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable sources.

• Monitor and analyse the backlink profile to identify and disavow toxic links.

• Collaborate with content creators for guest blogging opportunities.

3. Technical SEO

• Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve issues like crawl errors, broken links, and

duplicate content.

• Improve site speed and ensure mobile responsiveness.

• Monitor XML sitemaps and robots.txt for proper indexing.

• Ensure website security (e.g., SSL certification).

4. Content Strategy

• Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices in blogs, articles, and landing

pages.

• Identify content gaps and recommend topics based on keyword research.

• Optimize existing content to boost organic traffic and rankings.

5. Analytics and Reporting

• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-

party SEO tools.

• Track and report on key metrics, including organic traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, and key word rankings.

• Generate monthly performance reports and insights for stakeholders.

6. Competitor Analysis

• Perform competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

• Benchmark performance against industry standards and rivals.

7. Staying Updated

• Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

• Adapt strategies to comply with changes in search engine guidelines.
